Last updated March 13, 2026

Starter terms for using Apartment Chore App.

These terms explain the basic rules for account access, household use, service availability, and acceptable behavior inside the app.

Accounts and access

Apartment Chore App is intended for shared households that are created by an owner or joined through an approved invite flow. You agree to use accurate account information, keep your sign-in secure, and use a Google account that you are authorized to control.

Access to a home may depend on owner approval, invite status, and role-based permissions inside the app.

Acceptable use

You may use the service to coordinate shared household chores, track activity, leave ratings or reviews, and manage invites. You may not impersonate other users, interfere with the service, misuse invite links, or upload unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the notes, reports, ratings, and household content you submit through the service.

Service changes and availability

The service may change over time. Features may be added, removed, or updated to improve performance, security, or product fit. Availability is not guaranteed, and temporary downtime, bugs, or maintenance windows may occur.

We may suspend or terminate access that creates security risk, violates these terms, or harms other users or the service.

Operator, limits, and contact

Runtime Surprises LLC provides this service on a starter basis and expects users to review and adapt these terms before production launch. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
